Rules and Guidelines
Each student's complete application package must be received at the Clarksville Association of Realtors® office by 4:30pm on Friday, March 1, 2019. Supporting documentation to the questionnaire and video essay may be hand delivered, sent through the mail, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Each application should include a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, other school administrator or an employer that describes the student’s character, accomplishments, and why the student should receive the scholarship.
Scholarship recipients will be announced no later than April 30, 2019.
Each scholarship awarded will be for 1 year of education, beginning with the Summer semester, 2019 and mounts of scholarship awards will be subject to available funds at the time of selection.
Scholarship eligibility is limited to:
Those students that will be graduates of a school in either Montgomery or Stewart Counties in Tennessee in the Spring of 2019;
Those students that will begin classes in the Summer or Fall semester of 2019;
Those students that will attend an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university.

The Clarksville Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network Mike Groves’ Memorial Scholarship will be awarded based on a combination of the following:
Personal motivation and initiative as demonstrated through extracurricular activities, community service, work experience and service to family;
Video essay submission;
Academic accomplishments as demonstrated through transcripts, scores and recommendations.
Scholarship recipients will make themselves available at a mutually agreeable time for a presentation ceremony and group photograph with other recipients.
Scholarship recipients agree these photos, their name and their likeness can be used in a number of marketing tools by the Clarksville Association of Realtors® including, but not limited to, press releases, social media postings, and public announcements.
