  • How long have you been a member of CAR?

    • I have been a member of CAR for 11 years.

  • In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?

    • In the past 3 years I have taken the following classes and/or obtained the following designations; Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), Mastering Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) formally CRS. This year I received the Education Award for numerous continuing education hours. 

  • What is your history of service to the association and its members (committees, events, etc.)?

    • I have served on most committees at CAR and I have been Chair of Entertainment Committee.  I am currently holding a position as Director on Board of Directors, Entertainment Committee, Strategic Planning, Young Professional Network (YPN) Ambassador, Professional Standards, Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) and I am a RPAC Major Investor.  I have also attended National Association of Realtors (NAR) Conference and Expo as well as the Tennessee Realtors Conventions the past couple years. While attending the conventions I attended classes to gain knowledge and bring back great ideas for our BOD and committees.  I have found that attending out of city functions will grow your networking business and start life long friendships. In addition to serving on committees I also help prepare for many events that we have with CAR.  I have assisted each year with the Mark Lester Golf Scramble, Christmas Brunch, Casino Night, Handbags for Hope, Appetite for Art, Bowling for RPAC and numerous Realtor After Hours events. 

  • Why do you serve at the association?

    • I love to inspire others to be a part of CAR and become members of committees.  

  • Why do you want to be Director?

    • My passion for being a part of the Board of Directors is to promote a positive relationship with agents and the community.    I am honest, committed and trustworthy.

  • What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to the table if elected?

    • I am very excited about the upcoming election here at our Clarksville Association of Realtors (CAR).  I am running for the position of Director on our local Board of Directors. I am honest, committed and trustworthy. 

  • Any additional statement or information.

    • At Keller Williams Realty I have served on the Advanced Leadership Council (ALC) and been Chair of Education Committee. The ALC is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office.  The ALC is directly involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable.  Their role is to inspire, motivate, participate and listen to concerns of the agents.
